Photography has been part of Iman Movassaghi’s life for as long as he can remember. His journey began at an early age, attending Formula One racing events with his father, where he first discovered the power of capturing motion, emotion, and storytelling through a camera. What started with race cars evolved into a lifelong passion that carried him from motorsport to fighter jets, military aviation, and ultimately professional photography.

Before dedicating himself fully to photography, Iman spent 15 years as an aviation journalist, traveling the world through aircraft carrier embarks and international Air Force base visits. Those experiences shaped the way he sees light, atmosphere, and movement, while reinforcing the importance of the human presence behind every powerful image.

Iman is also deeply passionate about martial arts, a discipline that has instilled focus, respect, and precision, values that influence both his work and the experience he creates for his clients. Today, he specializes in Newport Beach headshots and portraits, creating images that feel refined, authentic, and timeless.
